$3.4 Billion Indoor Winter
Sports and Golf Resort Launches
Pre-sales
Canton
Wintersports Center LLC
is pleased to announce pre-sales
of ski-in ski-out condos in the
Canton Wintersports Center, the
world’s largest indoor winter
sports and golf resort, to be
located near Canton, NC halfway
between Asheville, NC and the
Great Smoky Mountains.
The first phase of the
Canton Wintersports Center,
operating in two years, will feature condo apartments,
70 acres of winter sports area;
and an executive type 9-holes golf
course with two par five, three
par four, and four par three
holes, on 60 acres. Once
finished, the Canton Wintersports Center will feature more than 3,000
residential units, 89 acres
indoor winter sports area,
up to 1,600,000 square feet retail
space, and a Wintersports
Stadium, at project costs of
$3,400,000,000. The two main
slopes will be 3,100 feet long
for athletes with intermediary
and professionals skills. The
lift system will warrant every
athlete three travels per hour.
The pre-sales of 164 condos
in the first subdivision
Condominium at Holland View, all
of them with walkout to the
slopes, will start at publishing
date.
The second and third phases
will add unique tourism
attractions along a waterway
system including a lake, a beach
mall, a submarine mall, and a
Wintersports Stadium with
special snowboarding and skiing
features, ice climbing (with a
drop-down distance of 300 feet
the tallest artificial wall in
the world), and luge and
bobsleigh runs in Olympic size.
Another attraction will be a
cross country trail through a
submarine glass tunnel
connecting all tourism
attractions onsite.
