Welcome! We comply with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act and the recommendations of the European Corporate Governance Institute voluntarily. As a first measurement, we introduced a governing two-tier company structure, with a Supervisory Board and an Executive Board, with clearly divided rights and duties, and a transparent reporting system, with an independent accounting entity reporting to the Supervisory Board, and clear regular statements to our owners and partners.
During the construction time, and
later in all projects of CWC LLC, we will work according to
state-of-art project manuals, incorporating a Steering
Committee ("the supervisory board"), and the Core Management
Team (the "executive board"), with structures
diverting budgeting and purchasing in two core management
positions, and third-party, independent controls. Second, we will publish continuously the status of sales, the highest price levels for condominium apartments, and lots (for details please refer to the actual publications of the condominiums) and other statistics during the sales and construction period. Third, we will publish continuously our intentions and success of the purchase of land to be annexed and we will issue extended plans for the resort. Last not least, we will publish quarterly the budgets, and an updated balance sheet, starting with the project balance.
