Canton Wintersports Center LLC is building America's first golf and indoor ski resort near Canton, NC.

Half way between Asheville, NC and the Great Smoky Mountains, the Canton Wintersports Center will be a 365 days a year upscale and luxury golf and indoor winter sports resort.

With five slopes 16% to 90% indoor on 89 acres and challenges for beginners up to professionals, served by a transportation system warranting everybody minimum 3 runs per hour. Together with snowboarding and ski free ride terrains, half-pipes and a super-pipe; we will be the most appealing winter sports resort between the Appalachians and the Atlantic coast.

The executive type 9-holes golf course an 60 acres, soon to be extended to 18 holes on adjacent land, will be a challenge for every avid golfer.

Canton Wintersports Center LLC is ready to begin construction. Based on former conceptions and seven years of hard work, the first indoor winter sports resort will be a tourist destination of an entirely new type.

As the entry part of the first phase, we offer the Condominium at Holland View, two high-rise buildings with upscale ski-in ski-out condos. The first phase will include the indoor snow domes, several condominiums, residential lots in gated communities, and an executive type 9-holes golf course and country club. The upper story's of the Relais Building will be a condo hotel. The Mountain Lodge with the VIP club, and a sports hotel will operate in two years from now.

The second phase will deliver tourism attractions,  such as the Canton Lake with waterways connecting all attraction points, a Submarine Mall, two Market Villages, a Beach Mall, two themed hotels, air travels in tethered balloons, and numerous upscale condominium apartments. 
Phase Two will operate in three years from now.

The third phase is the Wintersports Stadium, the first of its kind in the world. It will be a 9-acre building that houses a cold area of 19 acres, with public ski and snowboard slope, Olympic-sized luge and bobsled runs, the world's highest artificial ice climbing wall, a snowboard free ride terrain, two half-pipes and a super-pipe, hockey rink, and a Olympic-sized Cross-Country Ski loop with a Submarine Glass Tunnel under the surface of the Canton Lake. It will feature over 1.6 million square feet of commercial retail space, an Ice Hotel, a conference hotel, luxury and upscale condominiums, and numerous restaurants and sports clubs.
Phase Three will operate four years from now.
