The Wintersports Stadium will feature six distinctive locations for residential real estate. These will be the Condominium Townhouses North (facing north-east, above the Turnpike Cove Terraces); the Condominium East (facing north-east, east, and south-east, the eastern tip); the Condominium Townhouses South above Lakeview; the Condominium West, the Condominium East Lofts, and the Condominium West Lofts.

All townhouses will feature two floors, all condominium apartments will be on one floor each; and all residential units will come with two oversized parking spaces adjacent to the residential corridors.
