Description: The low point of the Condominium at West Hills is located at the fork of Canton Pond Street and East Canton Hwy; the high point is the southern tip of lot 41. 
Both streets will be covered in the lower parts (Canton Pond Street till lot 7; East Canton Hwy till
lot 31). The covers of the streets will partly belong to the lots, partly support a walkway,  providing lots 1 - 7, 19, 21, 23, 25, 26, 28, and 30 - 41 with a walkout to the slope. For owners of the other lots will be an onsite shuttle service available to prevent long walks in winter clothing during the summer time.
Canton Pond Street will be be a private street with control booths at the intersection with East Canton Hwy, and with West Ridge Street, making West Hills a gated community. 
West Ridge Street will serve as the main access street to the Mountain Lodge area, which will place Lots 39, 41 and 42 out of the gates. The owners of these lots will receive a compensation by the most beautiful views, the proximity to the next entry to the slopes, and to the après ski restaurant Lower Mountain Inn. 
The covenants of the Condominium at West Hills will not allow for a higher density, than single family homes.


Lots 32 - 39 are subject to a pending Army Corps of Engineers permission. For these lots, we will launch presales by end of 2008.
The effective Date of all other lots will not occur before March 31, 2008.

The lot sizes in the table below are measured out of our 3d-model. The sizes may differ according to the survey.
