Description:
The owners in Condominium Turnpike Village
may reach the golf course by golf
car.
The low point of Condominium at Turnpike Village is
located along the northern part of
Market Street above the golf course, the high point is the
southern tip of lot 35. The village
overlooks the tourism amenities of the
Canton Wintersports Center, and Hominy
Valley; and features a great view over the
Holland Mountains. The lots below
Turnpike have a view over the Great
Smoky Mountains and on clear days the
central ridge of the Appalachians.
Turnpike will be the main street serving
the Condominium Chestnut Mountain View,
and Craystone Castle, a themed hotel
farther east; and the access to Erhardt
Cove south, a Canton Community. We
estimate a daily traffic count of 850
vehicles. The street runs at Turnpike
Village on a ridge dividing Chestnut
Mountain and Smather's View (the next
hill east); the
location of the street prevents noise in
Turnpike Village.
Market Street will serve the gated
community of Turnpike Village, and as
the delivery street for the Market Village
(adjacent east). We expect local
traffic and 15 delivery vehicles (no
trailer trucks allowed) daily, which
will have to pass the control booths at
the two intersections with Turnpike.
Market Street connects conveniently to
the tourism attractions, and to the golf
course.
Lots 5-10, 14 - 18, and 21, 24, 27, 28,
and 29 will have a walkout to the
cold area. For the owners of the other lots
will be an onsite shuttle service
available to prevent long walks in
winter clothing during the summer time.
The covenants of the Condominium
Turnpike Village will not allow
for a higher density, than single family
homes.
The lot sizes in the table below are
measured out of our 3d-model. The sizes may
differ according to the survey.
