Description: Condominium at Chestnut Mountain View is the community including all lots just below the Chestnut Mountain Ridge, between the Moguls at Happy Hollow Slope in the west, and Hotel Castel del Monte and Windy Gap in the east. All lots will feature great views over the Holland Mountains and over the tourism attractions of the Canton Wintersports Center. The Black Mountains near Asheville are visible from the west part, the Great Smoky Mountains from the east part. On clear days, the owners will see the central ridges of the Appalachians.

Chestnut Mountain View is located along two access streets. Turnpike ends in Craystone Castle (north west in the picture above), a hotel in a replica of a medieval castle. Chestnut Mountain ends at the Chestnut Hut (west in the picture above); however, there will be an emergency connection between Chestnut Hut and the western parts of the Canton Wintersports Center.

Chestnut Mountain View's owners will have easy access to the tourism amenities, especially through the Lookout Restaurant with its elevators through the Ligurian Villages, to Canton Lake and the Submarine Mall, which ends there; and to the Beach Mall with easy access into the Market Village, Craystone Market, the Boardwalk, and last not least, the Wintersports Stadium.
The owners of the western lots will have an easy walk to Chestnut Hut, the high point of the slope system. 
The covenants of the Condominium at Chestnut Mountain View will not allow for a higher density, than single family homes.

The lot sizes in the table below are measured out of our 3d-model. The sizes may differ according to the survey; however, our pricing will not change.
