The Condominium in Craystone Cove consists of two high-rise buildings on the east side of the Happy Hollow Slope. CY1 overlooks Hominy Valley, CY2 overlooks the tourism attractions of the Canton Wintersports Center.

The lobbies will have street access and a walkout to the slope; CY1 will feature a station of the Rack Railroad. CY2 will have a walkout into the tourism area (Craystone Castle, Phase Two) of the Canton Wintersports Center. The chairlift serving the moguls will end here.

The buildings will be part of the structural supports for the snow dome roof.
