The Condominium at Chestnut Ridge consists of four high-rise buildings on the east side of the Happy Hollow Slope, with together 340 residential units.

The lobbies will have street access and a walkout to the slope.

The plan left shows the locations of the buildings.  Purchasers' List gives the planned spaces.

The buildings will be part of the structural supports for the snow dome roof. Parking will be available below the buildings.
