The Condominium in Chestnut Cove consists of three high-rise buildings on the east side of the West Ridge Slope, with together 330 residential units. The buildings will be part of the supports for the West Ridge Slope; behind them and under the slope will be a multilevel parking.

The low lobbies will have street access and will serve as the common area of the building.

The high lobbies are planned as public spaces with rack railroad station, public washrooms, and a buffet or fast food stands to cater to the athletes on the West Ridge Slope.
