Business Community in Rutherford Trace

The business community in Rutherford Trace will belong to a golf and country club, located on and below the Golf Terraces. The building of the Golf Terraces will have a lower lobby opening into the Hominy Valley, with private car access for the owners of the apartments and the club members; a lobby with direct access into the slope system; and the upper Golf Terrace will open at grade into the Golf Course.

CWC LLC will outsource the club operations as soon as the processes of the Canton Wintersports Center located in Rutherford Trace will be implemented in CWC LLC's operations (biofiltration plant, water recycling plant, part of the fermentation plant). The golf course settings require a permission of the Army Corps of Engineers; therefore, Rutherford Trace will be one of the latest subdivisions in Phase One.

At this time, only the footprints for the condominium apartments in Rutherford Trace are planned. A qualified purchaser would have any freedom to design the Upper Golf Terrace.
