Business Community at the Happy Hollow Slope

The Happy Hollow Slope is the second of the winter sports facilities to be build, and it shall operate in 24 up to 30 months. Happy Hollow Slope includes the beginners' area in East Branch, the Steep Slope, and the Moguls (free-ride terrain).

The businesses in this business community will be located in the Head Building, in the extended lobbies of the CR1, CR2, and CR3 buildings of the Condominium at Chestnut Ridge, in the extended lobbies of the CY1 and CY2 buildings of the Condominium in Craystone Cove, and in the Chestnut Hut. CWC LLC will operate all venues which are directly related to the public and to winter sports. These are box office, transportation services including lifts and rack railroad, sightseeing operations, maintenance, locker rooms, club services, power and cold plants, and snow making and grooming.
